We will begin on Zoom by briefly reviewing your intake questions before the session starts. At that time, cameras can be on or off, whichever you prefer. Once the energy healing begins, we will turn cameras off so you can fully relax in a comfortable position, sitting, reclining, or lying down, while I gently guide you through where I am working and what I am sensing.

Sensations are unique for everyone and may include warmth, coolness, tingling, pulsing, calm, or even visual colors or light. Some people experience emotional release, others notice a gentle shift, and some may not feel anything at all. There's no right or wrong way. Your experience is your own.
