15 minutes before your session, I ground and clear myself, connect to light and source, and begin tuning into the energy body.

What your session consists of

We’ll start by connecting on Zoom and reviewing your intake questions for about 10 to 15 minutes, with cameras on or off, whichever you prefer. During the Reiki portion, we’ll turn cameras off so you can relax in a comfortable position, sitting, reclining, or lying down. I’ll guide you through where I’m working and what I’m sensing energetically. After the session, it’s best to avoid talking too much, as this can pull you out of your healing state and back into your head.

Energy feels are unique for everyone and include: warmth, coolness, tingling, pulsing, calm, even visual colors or light are all possible. Some people feel emotional release or heaviness lifting, while others simply notice a gentle shift. There’s no right or wrong way, your experience is your own.

Aftercare & integration tips

Afterwards, many feel lighter, clearer, or deeply relaxed. Your body may continue to process emotions, bringing a sense of shifting or movement. Nurture yourself by staying hydrated, resting, practicing kindness toward yourself, and remaining mindful.
