We’ll start on Zoom by reviewing your intake questions for about 10 minutes before beginning the session. Cameras can be on or off, whichever you prefer. If you select energy healing, we’ll turn cameras off so you can relax in a comfortable position, sitting, reclining, or lying down, while I guide you through where I’m working and what I’m sensing.
Sensations are unique for everyone and may include warmth, coolness, tingling, pulsing, calm, or even visual colors or light. Some people experience emotional release, others notice a gentle shift, and some may not feel anything at all. There’s no right or wrong way. Your experience is your own.
